*Yoga has a positive influence on most health issues. Rare opportunity to
learn from the source. Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques),
dhyana (meditation), and other yogic techniques. Please bring a mat or sheet

When: Every Saturday 8:30 am - 10:30 am (starting Oct 4th, 2008).  The Yoga
class will follow the regularly scheduled Srimad Bhagavatam discourse @ 7:45

The auspicious  Kartik month starts on October 15th. The Damodarastakam is recited in vaishnava temples and homes in the evening during the entire month of kartik.

production, directing the players, lighting and music, overseeing the
costumes and make up and accepting the role of the narrator( Hanuman).
Plus, he will probably paint the faces etc of the giant Ravan efigy.
